The Desolation of Kings

This land was destroyed by a war between the humans and the elven races, a war that lasted many a generation. While it seem that they had wars that lasted five hundred years, not all of that time was spent fighting, a lot of that time was a cold war that on occasion got hot. , but when a land become contested that is when the war started become different. When humans farmers of Arcadia used lands from the Elves Golden Realm this prompted immediate action by Selcar, the elven king, who began with negations with King Damarion and it went well, until the farmers fought back. As the two kings were battling with there wits, the farmers grew tired of the elven guards being in “their” lands and they attacked. The farmers while slightly skilled with bows were no match for the well trained elven patrol.
The Damarion was outraged over the death of his people, but knew that it was just unfortunate event, but some did not see it that way.

Some of the humans who lived near the farmers, and therefor were great friends, took it upon themselves to go into elven lands and attack random people. Selcar grew tired of talking with Damarion had his people attack the village. There was no turning back. and this war became different from the others. This war become a fueled by hatred and bigotry.
